At Oxford Pennant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pennant, flag, or banner doesn't feel right in your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact; please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items to prevent creasing or damage, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at our Buffalo headquarters, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
